Hire Staffs is committed to providing quality services to our users. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our premium services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Free Services

Our Free Job Card service is provided at no cost and does not require any payment. As such, no refunds are applicable for free services.

3. Premium Services Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for premium services (Assisted Model and Hiring Model) under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the services as described in your selected plan within 30 days of payment
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using our services, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 business days
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same service
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment was made without your authorization

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after services have been initiated
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of applications received (as we cannot guarantee specific results)
  • If you have already used the services for more than 7 days
  • If your job posting has been successfully verified and published
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination
  • If you have received candidate shortlists or screening services

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@hirestaffs.in or call +91 9892950019 within 7 days of your payment
  2. Provide your account details, payment transaction ID, and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if services have been partially used. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your premium service subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription unless otherwise specified

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
